Course Instructors

Diana Baldi currently serves on A2LA’s Criteria Council and is a Baldrige examiner for the Lincoln Foundation. She has been extensively involved in environmental issues since 1975 and quality issues since 1985. She has a unique combination of direct experience in chemical manufacturing, EPA regulations, quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 17025), and Health and Safety (OHSAS 18001).
