New Food Safety Curriculum


ASI and SAI Global have partnered to offer a curriculum that covers critical subjects in planning and implementation, HACCP training, auditing and even awarness level training for bioterrorism and food safety. Key objectives include:
  • maintaining established standards for food safety
  • demonstrating certification as a supplier
  • minimizing liability
  • emergency preparedness
