Course Objectives
The purpose of this course is to review the requirements of the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and to determine the most effective plan-of-action for your company toward the implementation of the PPAP.

The Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) applies to all production and service suppliers, including bulk materials to the automotive industry. It applies equally to commodities produced internally by the automotive manufacturers, as well as those supplied by outside suppliers. PPAP is designed to ensure that all customer engineering design records and specification requirements are properly understood by the supplier. It is also designed to ensure that the process has adequate capability to produce products which meet these requirements on an ongoing basis.

Using formal tutorials, practical and interactive workshops and case studies, attendees practice new theories and techniques. Limited class size ensures high tutor-to-participant interaction.
