Linda has 21 years business experience and consults to a wide range of private and public sector clients. Her greatest strength lies in her unique ability to combine high level strategic competencies with strong and highly adaptive interpersonal skills to help executives and managers develop a common focus and put strategy into action. Her focus is on alignment: putting the right leadership behaviors and culture in place to get goals accomplished. Linda has extensive experience helping companies plan and adapt to changes in vision, culture, expectations and operations.

Specialties

Linda's accomplishments in the private sector include accomplishing a culture change at a telecommunications company which required developing common focus and cooperation between senior management and union leaders. The result was improved morale and improved productivity. She helped a number of companies, ranging from investment services to high tech, accomplish necessary adjustments to culture and operations due to new types of competition. This resulted in increased customer focus, improved customer satisfaction ratings, increased market share and profits. She helped CEOs of several companies avoid costly mis-hires in senior management by helping them understand what leadership was needed to drive the company forward through change.

Among her accomplishments in government, Linda designed, orchestrated and implemented an award-winning strategy development process for a state government. In another state, she designed and implemented a breakthrough statewide strategic planning process that resolved conflicts and united groups with competing interests. This resulted in increased federal funding and access to new funding streams for the newly united groups. She designed the leadership strategy and coached leaders of three county governments and one state government through the process of organizational change and the implementation of their strategic plans.

Her clients have included organizations such as Motorola, AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Dial Corporation, American Express, and a host of mid-size companies.

Credentials

Linda held positions with The DuPont Company and Varian Associates. She holds a BS degree from The University of Massachusetts and advanced certifications and practitioner's licenses in Advanced Linguistics and Neuropsychology. She also holds master practitioner licenses in numerous leadership and management disciplines. Linda is a frequent public speaker at both national and regional conferences and has received awards from the National Association of Women Business Owners and the Arthritis Foundation of America. She is multi-lingual and has traveled and worked internationally.
