Relocation: Questions and Answers for Clients
- What is the planned date for the relocation? Will SAI Global notify customers once the relocation has been completed?
The relocation is planned to occur in June 2008 and once finalized we will provide all of our clients our new contact details.
- Will customers still have the same office contacts? If not, who will my office contact(s) be moving forward? Will customers be notified who their new contacts are?
Due to the relocation of our operations to Cleveland there will be changes to office contacts. We will advise you as these changes occur.
- Will SAI Global continue to have the same consultants and trainers on staff?
There may be some changes in our personnel; however, SAI Global anticipates that the majority of our current consultants and trainers will remain available to service your needs.
- Will there be any changes regarding the consultants and/or trainers supporting my project?
We will make every reasonable effort necessary to minimize any impact to current client projects. However, if there are personnel changes we will work closely with you to ensure that you experience minimal impact and you receive the high-quality support you have grown to expect.
- Will the consultant/trainer that we have used in the past be available for future training and/or consulting engagements?
Refer to above comments.
- I am scheduled to attend a future SAI Global public seminar. What should I do?
SAI Global's public seminars will carry on as scheduled and it will be business as usual. The transition of our operation will not impact this area and we will continue to provide the same level of excellent service that our clients have come to expect.
- We currently have SAI Global scheduled to provide an on-site training program and/or consulting engagement. What should we do?
As far as SAI Global is concerned it is business as usual and we will honor these agreements and continue to provide excellent service to our clients.
- I have an outstanding invoice for a public seminar/on-site seminar/consulting engagement. Where do I send my payment?
Clients should continue to send your payment to the remittance address listed on the SAI Global invoice.
- I have a quote/proposal for SAI Global to provide training and/or consulting support. Will the pricing quoted remain valid? If so, for how long?
Yes, the pricing will remain valid. The normal period for which our on-site consulting and training fees remain valid is 120 days.
- Will SAI Global honor all agreements / contracts that were finalized prior to the relocation?
Yes. The acquisition of QMI does not impact on our contractual obligations with our clients. SAI Global will continue to deliver our high level of service to our clients.
- Should we arrange for new SOWs, NDAs, vendor sheets, etc. to be signed by the new management staff?
There is no real need for new agreements from SAI Global's standpoint, but if this is a requirement that our clients must meet, SAI Global will be more than happy to oblige.
- Will there be any changes in services offered by SAI Global? New services? Reduced services?
There are currently no plans to reduce our current suite of services and SAI Global will continue to identify innovative solutions to benefit our clients and meet the demands of a dynamic and competitive marketplace.
- Will SAI Global continue to hold public seminars?
Yes. Refer to above comments.
- Will SAI Global continue to provide consulting support?
We will continue to provide this support to our clients.
- I have attended / plan to attend an RABQSA certified course through SAI Global. Does the relocation in any way affect/impact the company's course certifications?
No, all certifications will remain in place.
- Will the company name remain the same?
For training and consulting support, SAI Global's company name will remain the same and we will continue to do business as such. However, as part of the acquisition, our certification services group now will be doing business as QMI-SAI.
