Course Objectives
This highly interactive course takes participants through all stages of an integrated audit, using a realistic case study to emphasize challenges in conducting an integrated audit, as well as the resulting business value. Through workshops, discussions and role playing, the participants will prepare for, conduct, and report on an integrated audit against the ISO 14001, ISO 9001:2000 and TS 16949 standards. Attendees will learn to:
