Course Objectives During this 3-day course aimed at Six Sigma Champions, participants will obtain a high level review of the tools and techniques used by Six Sigma Improvement teams and gain a thorough understanding of the disciplines a Black Belt team applies to a project.
As Champions, you are not only responsible for sponsoring a project, but also assuring each project is selected strategically. Therefore, this workshop will teach you how to capitalize your knowledge of the highest level business needs and ensure that process improvement will tie directly to improved results. The workshop begins with a high level review of the tools and techniques used by Sigma Improvement Teams. Once the concept of Six Sigma is understood, the Champion training will focus on the specific skills needed by the Champion.
Who Should Attend This course is designed for individuals selected as Six Sigma Champions. The Champion should be any one of the following:
