ISO 9001 and other international standards require the appointment of a Management Representative who is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the company’s system, interfacing with the third-party registrars and reporting on the system’s effectiveness to management. Many newly appointed Management Representatives need to develop the skills necessary to support the organization and drive continual improvement.

The Skills for Success for the Management Representative is an intensive, three-day program which provides new Management Representatives with the tools they need to succeed. It is also an excellent opportunity for seasoned Management Representatives to sharpen their existing skills. Penny has expertise in the area of Quality Management Systems and Business Process Improvement in manufacturing and automotive companies. She has trained over 600 internal auditors. Her energetic, hands-on approach has been very effective in both manufacturing and service-related areas where a one-on-one approach yields significant gains.

Sheronda Jeffries has been involved with quality control and quality system auditing and training for more than 10 years. Her experience spans many industries, including telecommunications, automotive and testing laboratories, plus the following types of manufacturing: electrical, mechanical, paper and plastic. Sheronda has a unique combination of skills and experience that includes planning and participating in third-party audits, training auditors and linking quality standards to key business aims. Having served in these various roles, she can provide SAI Global customers with well-rounded support for all their Business Process Improvement initiatives in the areas of quality systems and program development.

He has held positions including Product and Process Engineer, Plant Manager, and Vice President of Quality and Engineering. John has extensive knowledge of predictive maintenance, and has applied this knowledge within companies desiring improvements in machine reliability. He has also utilized the concepts of synchronous and lean manufacturing to identify and eliminate sources of waste in the production process.
