Prerequisites

• Prior knowledge of ISO 9001 is strongly recommended.
• All attendees must successfully complete the TL9000 R4.0 Requirements e-learning course and the TL 9000 R4.0 Measurements Overview, Common and Hardware Measurements e-learning course .
• It is recommended that all attendees successfully complete the TL9000 Measurements e-learning course in the specialty area appropriate to their organization.
