This 2 day class provides an excellent overview with sufficient detail of TL9000 4.0 for understanding the new requirements as well as any changes to 3.0 Requirements and 3.5 Measurements. Learn the key drivers of TL9000 along with proper interpretation of significant added requirements. For the measurements, this class provides detailed examples and review of Measurement rules, formula, and product category application.

If wanted/needed the 2 day class can be partitioned to be a 1 day class covering just the Requirements or the Measurements. As such, this means it can be customized to meet you’re company’s needs.
